Solverboard is a new innovation management platform helping businesses to innovate better.

BRIEF

To increase awareness of the brand on social media and through targeted PR, helping to build a pipeline of warm leads and new customers ready for launch.

ACTION

I created a social media content plan for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram focused around useful, entertaining, and engaging content targeted at key personas. I briefed their in-house designer on all content, ensuring that branding guidelines were followed and scheduled all content using HubSpot.

I carried out keyword research and wrote blog content that was SEO-friendly, and sold in press notices and content ideas to high ranking sites to generate authority backlinks. I took the initiative to create Solverboard’s first podcast from a series of recorded zoom meet ups, which became their most engaged with content on social.

I worked with the wider team on lead generation and lead nurture campaigns, developing multi-touch campaigns around hero content and advised on PPC campaigns to drive traffic and new contacts.

IMPACT

  • 150% increase in new contacts coming through social media

  • 300% increase in website sessions driven by social media

  • Advised on blog redesign leading to a 30% decrease in bounce rate

  • Coverage in high-ranking sites including Digital Journal, Business Insider, and Bristol Live
